In my opinion, it's better to be overqualified instead of underqualified.

Just imagine I have 100,000/= Tsh and you are asking for 80,000/= Tsh. I can easily give you but if you will ask me 80,000/= Tsh  and I have only 70,000/= Tsh then how will I give you?

So I think I am happy with my over qualification.

Sir, I'm not overqualified. I have only theoretical knowledge because I'm a fresher I want to convert my knowledge into practical. So I am qualified but not over qualified.
