Job Summary

To coordinate, plan & deliver day-to-day team tasks & activities in order to
execute banking operations transactions accurately & timeously in support of
org. policy compliance through the execution of predefined objectives as per
agreed SOPs.

Job Description

People Management Coach, mentor and manage team members toward driving
business objectives and ensuring colleague development Capacity Planning
Continuously plan the execution of team duties against plan and service level
requirements Operational excellence Supervise and support the execution of
priorities by team against service level agreements and customer outcomes
Compliance and Risk Management Ensure that all team activities are in
adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality
standards Administration Effectively fulfil all required administrative
duties, including tracking and reporting

Education

Higher Diplomas Business, Commerce and Management Studies Required
