Program Associate

Improve our program quality and help quadruple our farmer impact in the next five years.
Project Specialist will help execute core operations strategy in order to create lasting and noticeable impact for hundreds of thousands of smallholder farmers. The specialist will manage senior field staff, while growing and building a team culture

Program Innovation Specialist
Shape core operations strategy to create lasting and noticeable impact for smallholder farmers.

Program Rotation Associate
Gain field experience through rotating into a variety of teams including logistics, innovations, and program operations.

Tanzania Procurement Specialist

Manage the Tanzania Procurement team, implement standardized processes, execute with sustained quality improvements, and drive 5% of purchasing cost out of the system

Global Director of Systems (Operations)

Lead all back-office, technology, and supply chain functions in our 5,500+ person organization.

Seed Adoption Specialist

Develop and oversee a portfolio of seed programs across global markets.
