HUMAN RESOURCES (Preferable working with FMCG companies)
Our client is looking for the perfect candidate to join their team as the Human Resources

Management. The main purpose of this role is to manage team and develop business in the assigned areas, servicing and ensuring customer requirements are met for desired sales target and market share attainment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:-

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the HR Consulting field mainly in recruitment and selection, preferable working with FMCG companies.
  • The assigned personnel shall possess an advanced Degree in Human Resources management or related subject.
  • Extensive knowledge of local and international labour laws, acts, regulations and procedures.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, creative, detailed oriented and well organized
  • Ability to maintain highest standards of confidential and professionalism
  • Sound judgment
  • The company has operations in Ethiopia, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda and Tanzania.
  • Proven track record in successfully executing public relations campaigns both at local and national level
  • Strong relationship with local and national businesses and FMCG industry
  • Reporting skills
  • Plan, coordinate and successfully execute programs and procedures to achieve the objectives of the Association
