JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER 

LOCATION: MWANZA BRANCH

Monitoring and maintaining office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
Creating, updating, and maintaining personnel records, financial records, and other records and databases
Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
Preparing conference room scheduling, equipment, and cleaning, travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
Organizing special functions and social events for Employees
Purchasing computers, printers, supplies, and other equipment as per approval
Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
Assisting other departments (such as financial department or HR) with administrative or clerical support

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate or Diploma in business, administration, or related field preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Answers phone inquiries, E-mails, directs calls for executive team
Able to perform clerical duties, maintaining files and confidential information, organizing documents as needed
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

JOB TITLE: SECURITY GUARD  


LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM HQ OFFICE

SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Maintain the safety and security of the client’s premises and the facilities. Check the identity of all the visitors and their vehicles, traffic of the vehicles when coming/leaving, facilitating guidance for guests’ parents and visitors

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Qualification/Certification as a security guard or military
• Prior experience for at least 3 years as a Guard for similar level duties
• Prior experience as a security/military employee is preferred
• Understand of basics security needs
• Knowledge of using security systems
• Primary medical training preferred

MAIN DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
• Ensure security for clients operations and special events
• Ensure that client’s facilities and premises are secure
• Keep alert for people with unusual behavior/attitude around clients

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communications skills and ability to work well with others
• Service oriented attitude
• Physically fit for the job requirements
• Organized, focused and able to follow in detail given instructions
