Job Title: Consumer Sales Supervisor
Function: Sales and Management
Overall Job Objective (Purpose): Role: Sales Leader of Consumer B2B, reporting to the Commercial Manager. Owner of all sales initiatives and career planning of the sales team under him/her.
Responsibility: Sales Supervisor is responsible for B2B sales countrywide delivering all sales (volume and value) and sales Fundamentals target for the company. He/ She will be the leader guiding and executing effective marketing strategy with all the top customers in the consumer segment, and own the top-to-top engagement with top customers in the consumer segment. He/ She will be responsible for and own all the training of the entire sales team of the attacking the consumer market B2B and B2C.
Sales Supervisor reports to the Commercial Manager.
SCOPE OF WORK

Regulatory/Compliance: comply with TBS and Ewura
JBP Targets on all sub distribution, Sales, Sales Fundamentals, Promotion Budgets, Selling Expenses

Profile:
A Natural “Sales Professional” – Ability to take challenges and motivate self & organization behind stretch targets.
Experience in managing large/diverse sales organizations. at least 3 years of B2B and B2C selling experience and 3-5 years of sales supervisory experience. SHOULD have experience of selling in at least two different channels – B2B and sub distributorship.
Ability to manage complexity, AND create simple executable plans for the sales teams
Preferably a Management or en engineering Graduate, with at least 3 years of experience in lubricants business
Ability to handle Top-to-Top Meetings with customers with confidence.
Fluent in BOTH English and Swahili language
RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION & MEASURES:
Fully own all Sales and Sales Fundamentals targets in the consumer segments and leads the sales team to achieve 100% of those targets
Lead Development, Execution and tracking of sales B2B elements of AT with Principal and Distributor LT
Lead Top-to-Top Meetings with Key customers..
Lead, develop and execute coverage plans for the entire geography of the Distributor.
Lead and Deliver Distribution/Sales and Perfect Stores Targets in JBP.
Lead Capability Building of the Sales Team to create competitive advantage in all stores in the geography
Educational/ Experience Background:
Diploma/Degree Business management/Mechanical Engineering
Skills/ Knowledge Background:
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Language: English, Local Language
Computer literate.
Strong Business Acumen
