Job title: Store keeper & Parts Sales Representatives (3 Posts) 
Reports to: Parts Manager

Summary 
The Store keeper and Parts Sales Representative Is a combined role responsible for both store keeping duties as well as sales administration (including, issuing of invoices, collection of cash and Issuing of receipts) of Scania Parts to customers. The duty is both In the parts warehouse and at the parts sales counter Inproportion to the actual workload. The position reports to the Parts manager.


Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 
• Service the Customer's requirements by managing the complete parts sales transaction process from customer enquiry through to completion of the customers' Invoice Including cash collection.
• Pick and deliver correct parts to customers on time. If necessary. pack the parts and arrange for delivery or pick up.
• Work together with the Workshop to ensure parts availability and ensure packaging, service exchange and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.
• Receive and inspect all packages delivered, resolving any discrepancies.
• Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required.
• Load and unload parts, bin to appropriate location.
• Receive and inspect goods, checking transport documents and incoming goods against the order.

Education and/or Experience - 
• Bachelor Degree in procurement and supply management or related field
• 3-5 years relevant work experience in the same field
• Having experiences in motor industry is an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Effective sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of the Scania product and heavy truck and bus industry.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team and to work with minimum supervision
• General computer skills
• Fluent in English is an added advantage

Job title: Fleet Management Administrator (1 Post) 

Reports to: Service Director

Summary 
The Fleet Management Administrator is responsible for setting up and maintaining all processes related to fleet management. He/She is also responsible for supporting Driver Training area activities.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 
• Product management of Fleet Management
• Train and support customers on how to work with Scania Fleet Management
• Make sure all vehicles with Scania Communicator are activated
• Act as the market's contact with factory
• Work with the local FMS implementation

► Pricing
► Dealer commission
► Packaging

Education and/or Experience 
• High school education - Previous experience in automotive or transport industry
• Previous supervisory experience

• Proven organisational skills and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks carefully and accurately
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships

Job Title: Technician (6 Posts)

Reports to: Foreman. Workshop Manager

Summary 
The main responsibility of the Technician is to perform high quality maintenance inspections and maintenance related repairs on Scania products. Satisfied customers, on time delivery and safety at work is achieved by following defined processes, standards and guidelines. The Technician contributes to customer satisfaction, Scania profitability and safety on our roads.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 
• Independently carry out maintenance and repairs on Scania Vehicles
• Diagnose, check and set the mechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
• Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses.
• Use and apply knowledge, training, technical and personal skills to carry out work allocated.
• Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met, through the provision of quality workmanship.
• Ensure all job cards and service sheets are completed correctly.

Education and/or Experience
• Heavy vehicle technician or equivalent qualification
• Experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles
• Scania Truck/Bus repair experience will be an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to actively seek-solutions to problems
