purpose of developing and operationalization of the leather industry at Karanga Area, in Moshi Municipality, Kilimanjaro Region. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Assist in conducting induction program for new employees
Assist in attending industrial relation issues
Assist in processing leave requests
Assist in organizing training session, workshops and activities
Participation in developing and maintaining inventory records and files with a view to establish management information system
Assisting in managing an effective staff welfare system
Assist in advisory role of queries of HR matters
Assist on HIV/AIDS work place program
Facilitate talents review, mapping and secession planning to ensure organisational staffing needs are well addresses
 Assist in monitoring performance management process
Assist in the management of Human Resources Information System
Assist in leadership development and change management
Assist in the organization of culture change programs
Assist to facilitate and contribute to the implementation of HR projects as part of HR team
To carry out any other lawful work related duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field, A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage

POSITION: OFFICE MANAGEMENT SECRETARY (1 POSITION)

REPORT TO: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To receive calls /guests and channel them to specific personnel
To work with members of management from time to time
Supervising office assistant
Dealing with confidential correspondences such as letters, reports, minutes, notices, directives, charts
To prepare, type and compile reports as assigned by staff
To collect and dispatch letters and other massages to relevant staffs
To control movements of documents and files
To make sure that confidential information do not leak at all
To records letters in the inwards and outwards registers
To carry out any other lawful work related duties as assigned by supervisor
COMPETENCIES:

Good in language (Kiswahili and English) both in speaking and writing
Basic skills in office management and filling systems iil Good typing and data entry skills.
Type writing speed – 65 wpm
Shorthand – 80 wpm
Short Document – 80 wpm
Good coordination skills

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Holder of Certificate of Secondary Education form IV/form VI
Diploma in secretarial management
At least three years of working experience in related field

POSITION: DRIVER (3 POSITIONS)

REPORT TO: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shall be responsible for handling and driving industrial pool vehicle assigned
Distributes mails, cheques and other documents to different places
Keep assigned vehicles clean inside and outside
Shall keep and maintain logbook of his/her vehicles as required by the industry
Maintains accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, customers transportation forms, vehicles maintenance, incident report, accident report and other records that are requested from management
Fuel the assigned vehicles
Presents safety briefing to passengers prior to each trip departure
COMPETENCIES:

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Holder of certificate of secorvdary education with class C driving License
Must have trade test grade III in one of the following subjects; Motor vehicles driving. Motor vehicles mechanics or Auto Electrician
Five years of working experience with no accident records

POSITION: LEGAL OFFICER (1 POSITION)
REPORT TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To prepare and assess the Company policies so as to ensure that they safeguard the interest of the Company
To conduct official searches with the Registrar of Companies and land registry as and when required
To increase efficiency in submission and collection of court documents
To timely prepare legal documents
 To prepare mortgage documents
To keep track of all the agreements entered into the industry so that they are up to date
To carry out any other lawful work related duties as assigned by supervisor
