Professor/ Associate Professor

PhD in relevant field from a recognized University, plus at least 10 years of effective experience in teaching, research & public engagement and sound publications record. Master’s degree of 4.0 GPA and Bachelor’s degree (First or Upper Second Class) with a GPA of 3.5 or B+ grade or above.
Senior Lecturers

PhD in relevant field from recognised university, plus at least 5 years of effective experience in teaching, research & public engagement, 5 points from publications and a minimum of three years since last promotion; Master’s degree of 4.0 GPA and Bachelor’s degree (First or Upper Second Class) with a GPA of 3.5 or B+ grade or above.
Lecturers

PhD in relevant field from recognised University, plus at least 3 years of effective experience in teaching, research & public engagement, and at least two peers reviewed publications. Master’s degree of 4.0 GPA and Bachelor’s degree (First or Upper Second Class) with a GPA of 3.5 or B-*- grade.
Assistant Lecturers

Holders of Master’s Degree in the relevant field from a recognized University with at list a 4.0 GPA or B+, Holder of Bachelor’s degree (First or Upper Second Class) with a GPA of 3.5 or B+ grade or above.

Holder of PhD with post PhD working experience of 6 years in teaching and research and 7 points for Associate Professor; 12 points for Professor from international peer reviewed publications (from at least two sources including minimum of 40% from diversified Journal publications; Master’s Degree in the relevant field with a minimum GPA 4.0 and 3.5 or its equivalent in the First degree.
Senior Lecturers

Holder of PhD with post PhD working experience of 3 years and 5 points from international peer reviewed publications (from at least two sources including minimum of 35%. from diversified journal publications; Master’s degree of 4.0 GPA (Bachelor’s degree (First or Upper Second Class) with a GPA of 3.5 In the relevant field.
Lecturers

Holder of PhD, Master’s Degree in the relevant field with GPA 4.0 and a minimum GPA of 3.5 or its equivalent in the First degree OK
Holder of Master’s Degree in Medicine/Dentistry in the relevant field with GPA of 4.0 or its equivalent and a minimum of GPA of 3.5 or B+ in the First Degree and has undergone an induction course in basic teaching training skills with working experience of at least three years.
Assistant Lecturers

Holder of Master’s Degree in Medicine/Dentistry in the relevant field with GPA of 4.0 or its equivalent and a minimum of GPA of 3.5 or 13+ in the First Degree and has undergone an induction course in basic teaching training skills.
Tutors

Holders of Bachelor of Pharmacy/Nursing from a recognized University and Full Registered as Pharmacist/Nurse with one’s professional Council
