Job Title: Bank Officers (Several Positions)
Northern Zone, Southern Zone, Western Zone.
Job Purpose:
· To provide outstanding customer experience to NMB customers and prospective customers.
· To ensure customer satisfaction is met at all times through giving professional advice on NMB’s products and services
· To provide quick and friendly service in responding to customer enquiries and complaints so as to maximize customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
· Attending day to day banking enquiries from customers on the range of products and services
· Engaging, knowing and addressing customers’ needs
· Providing banking services to NMB customers in an efficient and friendly manner like telling and enquiry services
· Reporting suspicious transactions and activities as per the policies and procedures
· Understanding customer needs and expectations and selling appropriate product and services
· Supporting customers in filling KYC forms when opening Accounts
· Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner and ensure they are given feedback on the resolution to their satisfaction
· Cross selling of Bank products to existing customers inside and outside banking hall
· Managing the TAT in issuing ATM card, Cheque books, and customer statements.
· Upselling and cross selling of bank’s products
· Planning and documenting customer visits and action oriented after visit call reports
· Ensuring optimal banking hall utilization through keeping it organized, clean and displaying of marketing materials and signage, signboard and queue logistics
· Participate in bring new business leads to the Branch as per the assigned targets
· Maximize customer satisfaction by giving advisory services to customers on their life cycle needs
· Maintaining professionalism and business acumen in dealing with customers.

Qualifications and Experience:

Specialist Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for planning, defining, scheduling, documenting, and coordinating reporting and data analytics for the bank. The main objective for this role is to manage the Data warehouse and Business Intelligence solution.
This role will be responsible for:
- Managing the Data warehouse and Business Intelligence environment
- Creating and deploying BI reports for multiple business units as well as ensuring integrity and consistency of the reports provided
- Develop visually informative dashboards customized reports and score cards, based on business requirements and UI specifications
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data mapping, data modeling and data warehouse design to collect data from the source systems to the centralized data warehouse.
- Ensure the documentations of data mapping ,modeling and data warehouse design are well written, updated and shared by other team members for easy future maintenance
- Perform data extraction, transformation and load for all new data fields added in the data warehouse
- Enrich the data warehouse by connecting multiple data sources to have an integral source of truth for the bank’s data.
- Ensure the ETL is running smoothly daily and support End Of Day (EOD) Team when errors arise during the night so the ETL will be completed smoothly
- Ensure all the necessary universes from the data warehouse are added in the BI Platform through Universe Design Tool.
- Enrich the existing reports and visualizations by adding more objects as requested by business users
- Create new reports and visualizations as requested by business users.
- Ensure data integrity among all reports & dashboards in the BI environment
- Manage performance of the BI Application to make sure it is 100% available to business users
- Carry out day to day support, maintenance and administration of the bank’s reports and interface
- Carry out day to day data requests from business users
- Conduct training to business users on how to use BI reports to the fullest
- Connect to the unstructured data which is available in various social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc) or other external parties to the single data warehouse so as to have a single view of the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/ Science, Information Technology
- 3+ years of experience in ETC, Data warehouse analytics and reporting tools.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple manner
- Excellent verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate experience working in a deadline-oriented environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience with various databases and key technologies (e.g., Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse )
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Committed attention to detail and accuracy
