POST:    CLINICIAN
REPORTS TO: CARE AND TREATMENT COORDINATOR
The clinician officer will be member of the ZIHTPL Health learn with the role of providing HIV/AIDS and related treatment services to all patients  and clients attending  care and treatment clinic. The clinic officer will ensure that the optimal standards of care is achieved in the HIV clinical and other outreach services to ensure quality services provision in line with national guidelines patient satisfactions  and good clinical outcomes

MAIN DUTIES
  • Clinical management of clients attending the care and treatment clinic
  • Providing adhere counseling and PWP to clients attending  the clinic
  • History taking and physical examinations of clients
  • Counsel clients on compliance to  treatment
  • Implementations of clinical aspects  of positive health dignity and prevention program in the care and treatment clinic
  • Ensure integrations of services within the prevention site
  • Documentations of program work
  • Teak lead in documentations and follow up of clinic clients including TB patient
  • Communications to clients on issues concern them
  • Continuers mentorship of clinical including nurses and counselor on clinical management clients
  • Provide information’s educations and communications to clients and their familiars  in the clinic though support goups health talks and educational;
  • Support delivery of other clinical duties when required
  • Up to date record keeping and management of clients data
  • Support in submission of reports to relevant  authorities in timely manner

POSITION: DATA CLERK
REPORT TO: AT REGIC INFORMATIONS COORDINATOR
The data clerk receives and reviews and enters data into computer system or tracking database according to establish procedures. He/she ie responsible to ensure accuracy of all recorded and performance data base maintenance

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Keep track of received data and sources document
  • Prepares and sorts sources document and identify and interprets in consist be entered
  • Confirms accuracy of data such as center names focus day and dates
  • Compares data entered with sources document
  • Reviews’ and makes necessary corrections to data entered
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining an effectives and efficient records management systems
  • Generates reports and respond to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
  • Maintain confidential information’s
  • Perform other duties as my be assigned


QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Diploma in IT, RECORDS MANGEMENT, ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH OR RELATED FIELDS FROM RECOGNIZED INSTITUTIONS
  • Knowledge of records management procedures is mandatory
  • Ability to operate various work processing software spreadsheet and data base programmer
  • Knowledge of assigned programmed activities guidelines and process
  • Maintain confidentially
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively both verbal and writing
  • Carry out multiple tasks and meet deadlines
