 HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER. (2 Positions)

 Job Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews for new joiners.
  • Update staff database monthly.
  • Conduct trainings whenever necessary especially concerning performance evaluation and employees rights.
  • Support other programs on HR related matters.
  • Other responsibilities as per the supervisor’s direction.

 Required qualifications:
  • A bachelor degree in Human Resources, Industrial relations or any other related course
  • Masters in Human resources will be an advantage
  • Aware of employment acts and policies
  • Handworker, creative and team player.
  • Ready to work in Dar es Salaam or Mwanza.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent in computer knowledge
  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Kiswahili.
