Job vacancy: When a position becomes available, we advertise in the KT website (www.kilimotrust.org) and also in the print media.
Application for position: The applicants are then required to submit their details as requested in the advertisement to the Trusts recruiting partner (currently adept systems). The submission could be mail, by post or even hand as long as it is within the specified deadline.
Evaluation of the application: The application is then evaluated in terms of experience, education and skills. If your application is found suitable, you get shortlisted for an interview at a specified date and venue as is communicated by the short listing agent. Currently, the trust undertakes its interviews at the organization's head quarters in Kampala Uganda. Interviewers: The interviews are conducted by a panel comprising the HR committee of the board of trustees and the recruiting agent. Selection notification: If selected you are notified via Email and phone a call. You are also given an opportunity to clarify any other issues as may be unclear.
