Your new role
The new role will be focused on new business development and building a pipeline and sales strategy that outlines future growth for the company. Your primary responsibility is to put together proposals to win medium to large contracts through your industry knowledge and contact base, thereby growing market share.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience within the cleaning services industry, with an understanding of how to utilize current contacts to bring in new business. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, being able to influence key decision makers.

What
you need tohave:
- 2-3 years
experience in a sales or client relationship role
- Experienced Microsoft Office software user,
specifically Excel, Word and Power Point
- Previous experience in the facility services industry
including cleaning
- Strong understanding of sales and account management
- Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport very quickly with clients and
potential customers
- Sales driven, focused and ambitious
