JOB TITTLE :IT SUPPORT MANAGER
REPORTING TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
LOCATION DAR ES SALAAM
DUTIES
- Management of projects – champions all implementations of IT and System projects for the company
- Continuous review of the company business environment and any analytical tools and process automation opportunities available in the market and recommended to manage adoption opprotpiate technologies
- Liaise with provider of outsourced software in deployment of all technology based solution manage stem changes required by users or necessitated by processes
- Supervise IT department staff and assist in technical support when required to ensure efficient and effective IT support to rest of the team and responsibilities
MINIMUM ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONA QUALIFICATION
- Degree in information’s technology
- conservations with common programming languages
- experience working with database
- high level of intuitive creativity and innovation
- ability to diagnose basic hardware and software problems
