Enza Zaden Africa Ltd is a horticultural company that produces high quality hybrid seeds. The company is based in Tengeru, Arusha, Tanzania. It has 6.3 hectares of greenhouses and employs over 250 permanent people. The seeds produced are all exported to the mother company based in the Netherlands. Enza Zaden Africa Ltd has job opportunity for:

Greenhouse structure maintenance and construction supervisor (x2)

The main responsibilities are:
• Construction of new greenhouses and repair of greenhouse structures
• Routine inspection of greenhouse structures; greenhouse roof, poles, side plastics etc.
• Work planning and supervision of greenhouse structure maintenance team
• Ensuring workplace and working tools are in good order

Essential Qualifications:
• The right candidate should be speaking fluent in English & Kiswahili.
• Have work experience with greenhouse construction and structure maintenance.
• Ability to replace and repair greenhouse plastics
• Ability to work independently, supervise a team of technicians
• Lead by example
