Requirements
Must have International Experience including European / Western Cuisine.
Have a proven record in a stand alone restaurant / or 5 start hotel restaurant.
Ability to lead, coach and train a team of 40+
Experienced in cost control, labor and scheduling and menu planning
Comfortable living in a remote location
