DAI is recruiting for anticipated USAID-funded activity to strengthen the
resiliency of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene markets and services in Tanzania
through partnership with the Government of Tanzania, the private sector and
civil society. The activity will work at the national and regional levels to
support policy, planning, capacity and system building, market development,
and sector coordination.

Candidates sought for the following indicative roles:

Youth Engagement Lead: Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to
increase youth participation in management and improve their ability to
advocate, access to finance, and find employment in the WASH sector.

Qualifications:

-->At least ten 10 years or more of work experience related to youth empowerment and/or employment, in Tanzania.
-->At least five 5 years of experience on international donor-funded work.
-->Experience in advocacy and/or social and behavior change; work experience related to WASH a strong plus.
