SALES MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE
The sales manager is responsible for the selling TV & radio advertising sports and maintaining relations with advertising clients to acts as the link between EATV and its clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
i. In charge of all sales activities and sales personnel involved in marketing department
ii. To provides leadership to the day to day operations of the sales team while maintaining focus company strategic goals
iii. To analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
iv. To develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
v. To develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents
vi. To lead and influence a successful team of sales executives
SKILLS
Excellent communications, networking and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in sales MBA
4 years experienced working in sales and marketing preferably in media industry
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOb PURPOSE
Response to lease and building relationship with external, externally this could be with customer and suppliers internally this could mead different related and supporting department
RESPONSIBILITIES
a) To building and maintain the contacts with the media
b) To manage the productions of marketing materials including leafiest posters and fliers this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designer and printers
c) To arrange the effective distributions of marketing materials
d) Organize and attend events and exhibitions
e) Carry out market research and customer surveys to asset demand brand position and marketing projects
f) To evaluate marketing campaigns
SKILLS
Excellent communications, networking and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in marketing, 3 years experience in sales and marketing preferably in the media industry
FREELANCE EXECUTIVES
JOB PURPOSE
Is responsible for sell advertising airtime of EATV stations current to new potential customers, freelance sales executives reach towards the customers directly
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ability to develop and increase clients by selling airtime collections of dues, development of effective services to new and existing customers
- Self driven initiatives result oriented and ability to recognized and monitor operations
- Ability to work long hours and able to met set targets
SKILLS
Excellent communications, networking and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Diploma/degree in sales, 2 years working experience in sales marketing preferably in the media industry
