Kilombero Sugar Company, the largest sugar producer in the country, is looking for
three (3) qualified, ambitious and energetic candidates to fill the position of
Management in Training in the Agriculture Department.

The incumbents will have to undergo on the job training of three (3) years which is
deslqned to equip them with the required practical technical. skills and managerial
competencies.
Upon approved good performance by the mentors the, candidates will be appointed into
permanent and pensionable terms at senior managerial positions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• B.sc in Agriculture General, Agriculture Engineering and Agronomy from a
recognized University.
• Computer literacy,
.• Positive attitudes with the burning 'desire to learn and grow.
• Effective communication in English language.
• Ready to work long hours. )
• Sound mental and physical heath

Process Engineer in Training
and upon successful completion of the training programmed, will be engaged on
permanent terms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• B. Sc .in Chemical and Process Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Computer literacy.
Effective communication in English language.
• Burning desire to succeed in a high performance environment.
• Ready to work long hours.
Sound mental and physical health.

 Plant Engineer - Back end in the Factory
department.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Engineering Manager and will be engaged
on permanent and pensionable terms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Planning, organising and co coordinating maintenance.
• Monitor the production machines/units performance.
• Plan and implement overhaul programme.
• Design and redesign various machine components.
• Supervision of jobs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• B. Sc .or Advanced diploma in Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
• At least three years work experience in a similar position in a large manufacturing firm.
Computer literacy.
Burning desire to succeed 'in a high performance environment.
• Effective communication in English language.
Ready to work long hours .
