DARTEC TANZANIA LTD is a locally registered company. It
provides various services based on
ICT
and CCTV. Currently we are looking
for receptionist to join our team.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
•Receiving
visitors at the office and orient them to the appropriate person.
• Ensure
that the facilities are clean, undamaged and appropriate to the office.
•Ensure
that equipment is maintained and serviced to the highest standards
•Responsible
and accountable for budget and financial performance of own team
•Letter
writing and typing drafts and various documents (such as memos, notes, and
minutes of meeting
•Organizing indoor and external events, orders and maintains stationery/office supplies

• Ability
to design business cards
• Any
other duties as may be directed by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE:
• Must be conversant with Ms-Office application/Outlook and intern
• Any
diploma based on hospitality management / secretary / customer care or
equivalent relevant customer relation qualification
•Excellent
verbal and written communication skills: English mandatory –Swahili is a must
•Effective
communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team
environment and independently
•experience
of one year and above will add advantage
