Sales
Manager
MAIN
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the
organization through effective planning and budgeting.
·
Devises strategies and techniques
necessary for achieving the sales targets. Decide the future course of action
for his team members.
·
Map potential customers and generate leads for
the organization. Should look forward to generating new opportunities
for the organization.
·
Brand promotion he or she must make the products popular amongst the consumers.
·
Should
be responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving Relationships with the client. Client
relationship management is also his KRA.
·
Ensure his team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential.
Track their performances. Make sure each one is living up to the expectations
of the organization.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
·
An MBA holder in
Business or any other relevant field.
·
+5 years’ experience.
·
Streets smart honest
and intelligent.
·
Able to handle a team
of 8-10 executives
·
Excellent writing and
communication skills
·
Hardworking, Honest,
Computer literate, English & Kiswahili speaking.
