Sales Manager
·         Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
·         Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. Decide the future course of action for his team members.
·         Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization. Should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
·         Brand promotion he or she must make the products popular amongst the consumers.
·         Should be responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving Relationships with the client. Client relationship management is also his KRA.
·         Ensure his team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential. Track their performances. Make sure each one is living up to the expectations of the organization.


·         An MBA holder in Business or any other relevant field.
·         +5 years’ experience.
·         Streets smart honest and intelligent.
·         Able to handle a team of 8-10 executives
·         Excellent writing and communication skills
·         Hardworking, Honest, Computer literate, English & Kiswahili speaking.
