Minimum qualification and experience: Certificate of Secondary education

(Form IV or VI) Plus a Diploma in secretarial studies from any recognized institution.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Types both Open and confidential letters/matters
  • Answer telephone calls and intercom, giving information to callers or routing to appropriate officials
  • Drafts letters of simple routine nature.
  • Relays oral messages and instructions from executive to subordinates.
  • Coordinates all office needs and requirements.
  • Takes proper care of facilities equipments and documents
  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring that there is adequate efficiency in the day operation of office functions e.g. Supply of stationery, cleanliness, decorum, dispatch, and receipt of mail messenger services and other related functions.
  • Performs such other duties as may be assignment by the supervisor.
