BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting to the Head of business you will manage the alternative channels and ensure that the targets both in production and number of direct sales force and independent agents are achieved

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitoring the implementations of alternative channels of business
  • Raise the company  profile and enhancing  its visibility position it strategic  in the  industry through brand positioning and building
  • Analyze customer research current market conditions and competitor information’s
  • Monitor review and report on all marketing activities and outcomes
  • Design and execute innovative market strategy
  • Establish innovative process to manage existing customer expeditions’
  • Ensure a standardize services to all customers
  • Facilitation on production development
  • Follow up on renewals to retain business
  • Conduct market intelligence to get information’s
  • Provide support services and training to agents
  • Premium collections


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in a business related field and professional training in insurance field
  • Sales and marketing qualifications
  • At  least 5 years experience in marketing insurance product and managing visibility of company brand
  • In depth of understanding of  process and procedure of insurance industry


BRANCH MANAGER
Reporting to manager- branch business will be responsible for providing leadership directions to the branch team support business accusations and retentions thus achieving the overall business strategy for the GI Business

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct and control the branch team to ensure that they are  appropriate motivated and aligned so as to achieve company objectives
  • Executing company strategy at the branch
  • Facilitation company strategy at the branch
  • Develop effective marketing strategy by creating a sustainable and comprehensive sales and marketing
  • Ensure a standardize the  service to all customers at the branch
  • Follow up on quotations to close business and to get feedback
  • Provide support services and training to agents
  • Premium collections
  • Underwriting claims follow up


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree from any recognized university
  • Basic insurance qualifications
  • At least 5 years experience in insurance preferably in marketing  and underwriting departments


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS
  • In-depth understanding of process and procedure
  • Superior communications and negotiation skills  both written and oral
  • Computer literacy and good analytical skills
  • Through understanding of policy conservations forwarding and their  interpretations as pertaining career to claims
