RECEPTIONIST – ARUSHA
KK (T) Limited was established and has been operating in Tanzania since1997. The

Company provides diverse security solutions. These range from provision of premium commercial and residential solutions in urban and rural areas to large Agricultural Estates security, Mining, Oil and Gas, Ports, NGOs, Hotels and Embassies. In order to strengthen its operation, the company needs to fill the receptionist position.

POSITION:  Receptionist:


(a)Qualifications:
Must possess a training on Customer Services and Marketing.Must additionally achieve the following:-

  • Minimum of two (2)years’ experience on Customer Services and sales works.
  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to work to deadlines
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good knowledge and experience using the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, email etc.
  • A willingness to 'muck in’ and carry out a variety of tasks 
  • Be keen to work in an office environment and be a part of a busy team.


(b) Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answer to all Customer queries From Enquiries to complaints to the customer’s satisfaction.
  2. Responding to customer’s letter in liaison with customer service Administrator/Branch Manager.
  3. Update complaints register on a daily basis  
  4. Attain customer feedback through questionnaires, telephone calls and analyze them monthly. 
  5. Update the customer data base
  6. Making random  customer calls to enquire how they are fairing with the service
  7. Updating the customer Database from time to time 
  8. Being the liaison between customer and the company (any dept).
  9. Monthly Customer Service Reports.
  10. Collection of Company Cash coming from Clients and manage them as per Company’s Policy.
  11. Fully collaborating with, and being a proactive member of the office Customer Services Department
  12. Ensuring customer satisfaction rates are high
  13. Ensuring that the office environment is maintained and in a good condition
  14. Ensuring office equipment supplies and consumables are maintained and used efficiently
  15. Undertaking marketing duties
  16. Weekly consolidation and apportionment of sales reports
  17. Following up expected sales deals with CSR team


(c)Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Must be presentable
  • Stable career history.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Able to act professionally at all times. 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
  •  Must be computer literate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
