1. JOB PURPOSE

To assist in performing various marketing analysis from data warehouse to cater for all companies product development and performance. This includes:
Extracting and Analysing Data from Data Warehouse for various Marketing needs.
Creating Report Cubes and Automation of Reports for Marketing Analysis.
Support to the Marketing Report Generation and Delivery

 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Extracting and Analysing Data from Data Warehouse for various Marketing needs
• Perform analysis, reporting and implementation on ad-hoc and recurring reporting requirements

• End-to-End testing before implementing product changes


Creating of Report Cubes and Automation of Reports

• Perform automation of the existing manual reports and new reports requirements.

• Manage the scheduled cubes to ensure timely delivery.



• Assuring delivery of the reports to the recipients


Support to the Marketing Report Generation and Delivery

• Perform Daily/Monthly/Ad-hoc marketing reports

• New products reporting implementation and completion checks.


Support to the Data Warehouse team in ensuring integrity of data processed

• Checking the integrity of data produced and reporting failures.

• Review Configuration of Reference Data, New Business and Product Rules on Data Warehouse system.


Self-Development

• Training & self-development.

• Keep up-to-date with new Technologies


3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience in Telecommunication Industry

Computers Application (Office Application Knowledge)
