Seeks Staff for anticipated New Programs
The Bantwana Initiative of World Education seeks candidates for multiple positions for anticipated new programs. These projects are expected to commence in October 2016. Bantwana (www.bantwana.org) is an initiative of World Education, Inc. (www.worlded.org).
POSITION: District Coordinators - 4 positions
REPORT TO: Technical Director
LOCATION: Shinyanga, Karatu, Tarime and Musoma MC
Position Overview:
Provide management and technical support to all district level program staff to attain the highest possible technical performance,' ensure quality and essential technical support is provided as required. The incumbent shall spearhead continuous quality improvement of program activities and service delivery at the District levels and will be responsible in supervising relevant staff to ensure quality reports are submitted on time. She shall act as the main link for communications between the Country office and the District office for all matters related to the program and provide all necessary technical support to the sub grantees.
Qualifications
: 3+ years of experience in implementing, managing and evaluating systems for USG-funded health and education programs; experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods; knowledge of USAID/PEPFAR standard indicators and reporting procedures; proficiency in relevant statistical software applications; fluent in English and Kiswahili; Bachelor's Degree or higher.

POSITION: District M & E Officer - 6 positions
REPORT TO: Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor
LOCATION: Shinyanga, Kahama, Karatu, Tarime, Musoma District and Musoma Municipal
Position Overview:,
Responsible with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities at the District and sub grantee level. Maintain regular internal data verification protocols, including regular data quality assurance site visits using standardized tools' and, protocols: Coordinate data collection at the District level and monitor the quality and completeness of data for documenting project performance. Provide regular technical support with regard to data management to sub grantees as may be required to guarantee timely submission of quality and complete data.
Qualifications:
2+ years of, experience in implementing, monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems for USG- funded Health and education programs; experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods; knowledge of USAID/PEPFAR standard, indicators and reporting procedures; proficiency in relevant statistical software applications; fluent hi English and KiswahiIi; Bachelor's Degree or higher.
