in Tanzania and is the 2nd largest beer company with a market share of close to 30%. SBL is a subsidiary of East Africa Breweries Ltd (EABL) – which is in turn partly owned by one of the world’s biggest alcoholic beverage companies, DIAGEO. The company is an integrated demand/supply business with 3 operational breweries in Dar Es Salaam, Mwanza, and a third one in Moshi.

Engineering Manager
Leadership Responsibilities
Manage a team of electrical and utilities engineers directly, as well as manage the operators reporting into them indirectly.
Purpose Of Role
To direct, co-ordinate and provide leadership for the performance of the overall Engineering function within Operations team and SBL Site Facilities.

Control production activities from Brewing to Bottling
Purpose Of Role
Running out into brewery referring all quality aspects of our products-ensuring compliance to standards.
Stores Assistant
Purpose Of Role
The role is meant to cater for all needs of the utilities/engineering services at the Dar plant. The person is expected to work hand in hand with the engineers and technicians on site to ensure all their fuel and tools needs are fulfilled and report the same to the Stores Supervisor on site.
