and development the company wishes to recruit an engineer assistant to undergo and engineering management training programs with the intentions of taking management responsibility at the company operations Tukuyu Mbeya Regional

Wakulima Tea Company is the largest smallholder Tea Company in Tanzania supporting over 12,000 smallholder farmers as well as its own estates.  The two units produce 5 kgs of tea each year

Guidance will be provided but self improvement is very much expected in the individual. Reporting to the engineer manager

 QUALIFICATIONS


  • Good educational back ground preferably to degree level in Engineering ( mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial or electro-mechanics)
  • Some work experience preferably in the manufacturing or  engineering sector is not mandatory but would be an added advantage
  • Altitude for good communications and team work
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently sometimes under pressure and to tight schedule
  • Enjoy living in rural environment the validity is 30 days from the date of advertisement
