Corporate Relationship Officer (1 Post)
Purpose of the Position
To provide client satisfaction by ensuring that their needs are fully met as per AAR's obligations to them with adherence to company rules and regulations under minimum supervision
The Successful candidate will be based in Dar es salaam and will report to Corporate Relationship Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
• Constantly monitoring clients by being in touch to their maximum satisfaction
• Conduct corporate visits/services meeting
• Conduct health talk / education to the client
• Handling all customer queries, mails, phones or walk in clients
• Creating and implementing strategies and programs that will ensure sustained retention of AAR's client
• Ensuring that reports e.g. Renewal notices are sent to clients 3 months before expiring date.
• To facilitate and ensure that customer survey is done.
• To ensure that funeral benefits to members are paid in time.
• Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications: .
Education/skills
Degree / Advance Diploma in Business Administration, Sales Marketing or any related field with at least one year experience
Insurance qualifications will be an added advantage
Excellent computer skills and customer care ability.
