Administration:

Program, Product and Service Delivery:
Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services. Handle entire Operations of Sales & (in SBUs where applicable Service Center). Someone with multi-disciplinary experiences in the workplace someone who understands marketing, sales, branding, production, financing, and strategic planning. They dont have to have run full departments in these areas, but they should have a good sense of each of these disciplines and a good understanding of the big picture.

Financial, Tax, Risk and Facilities Management:
Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations. Define the growth plan along with the founders and execute it independently. Responsible for P & L. Achieve Top/Bottom line Target. Take disciplinary measures as & when required. Will have liberty of putting up the complete corporate/organization team in place keeping in mind the cost and business profitability. Crisis Management. Oversees the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting, reporting and audit. Works with Board to ensure financing to support short- and long-term goals. Assures an effective fund development program by supervising as an individual responsible for this activity. Helps guide and enable the Board, its fund development committee(s) and its individual Board members to participate actively in the fund development process. Helps the Board and its development committee design, implement and monitor a viable fundraising plan, policies and procedures.

Human Resource Management:
Effectively manages his/ her SBUs human resources along with Corporate HR dept. according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations. Motivate Team Members, create performing atmosphere Work independently on building the team with the objective of YOY growth, Recommends staffing and financing to the Board. In accordance with Board action, recruit personnel, negotiates professional contracts, and sees that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained. Specifies accountability for management personnel and evaluates performance regularly. Plans and meets deadlines. Conveys a professional and positive image and attitude. Demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development.

Community and Public Relations:
Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.
