KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply systems engineering, telecommunications and networking engineering, and information assurance principles and knowledge; define and document technical requirements; support planning and scheduling activities
- To plan, organize and coordinate daily engineering activities.
- Ensure routine follow up and monitoring of the execution of assigned tasks.
- To advise the general manager on issues related to engineering.
- To prepare daily sites progressive report.
- Performing Administrative Activities
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.
- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications and Relevant Experience.
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunication engineering or related field with 3 years of working experience.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Endurance and ability to tolerate extraordinary and flexible working hours.
- Willingness to work during weekends.
- The ability to apply self-management practices.
- Ability to manage budget allocation.
- Ability to prioritize and organize sales activities.
- Persuasiveness and selling ability.
