POSITION: ACCOUNTANT (5 POSTS)
DUTIES:
1. Plan and coordinate daily finance tasks
2. Prepare and check all reconciliations
3. Prepare a daily, weekly and monthly plan for all finance tasks 
4. Quality check and sign off all creditor reconciliations and payment audit reports.
5. Prepare and submit VATto revenue authorities.
6. Check and sign off petty cash reconciliations.
7. Gather all stock counts / reports for all stock items and reconcile against system balances.
8. Prepare and check payroll schedules
9. Prepare monthly summary report with staff reimbursements, deductions and other payroll changes.
10. Check all month end time sheets and prepare schedule for payroll.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

DISTRIBUTION SALES REPRESENTATIVE (15 POSTS)
DUTIES:
1. Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
2. Identifying the unexplored areas of business and trying techniques to explore the same and bring profit out of it.
3. Managing Sales and distributor across market. Forecast – preparation of detailed sales of market.
4. Providing complete assistance to the outlets/ dealers, channel Management (Distributors, Dealers , Retailers, Product Placement)
