POSITIONS SUMMARY
The difference model of services delivery technical advisor is the technician position for implementing of SDM program in the ITECH Country Office.  The SDM Technical Advisory is responsible for ensuring overall quality, accuracy and timeliness activities associated with this technical area.  The SDM TA will supervised by the clinical program director and will work in close collaborations with other technical team member in Tanzania and the headquarters
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the clinic program, director implementing activities in collaboration ministry of Health, Community, Development, Gender, Elderly and children international; AIDS Society centre’s for disease control
  • Develop data collections tools for health facilities assessment and qualitative interviews in collaborations with monitoring and evaluations team
  • Collect HIV relate data and summarize results including desk reviews of relevant national and international HIV policy and standard of care documents, health facility assessment
  • Proactively collaborative with the MOHCDGEO, the DC and other stakeholders to implement projects activities
  • Develop reports to ITECH headquarters and funders in collaboration with the M&E team
  • Assist the clinical program director in annual budget development for the  SDM, project

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters degree or higher medicine, public health or other field or clinical degree with at least 5 years of experience in clinical medicine  or public health program implementations preferably USG or donor-funded programs
  • Demonstrated strong  writing skills
  • Demonstrated clearly and convince persuasive oral presentations skills
  • Experience collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantities’
  • Ability to work effectively in fast –paced politically complex multi-cultural environment where priorities change frequently
  • Proficiency on Microsoft office Suite
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili
