PROGRAM OFFICER – CREATIVE ASSOCIATE INTERNATIONAL INC
The program officer
will be involved in program and operational support including basic monitoring and evolutions and reporting on program activities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the chief of party to monitor program’s progress using the programs indicators
- Together with the chief of party maintain monthly and quarterly actions plans
- Ensure timely implementations of projects and reports any delays or discrepancies noticed in projecting activities
- Participate in workshops and training including M&E visit , field implementations reviews carried out sub-guarantee
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
- Be lead on procurement, logistic security and supplies management including management of the related documentations
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for internal meetings as required
- Actively participate in the organizations of events
- With guidance from the finance manager, undertake other program administrations tasks as and when necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
- A bachelor degree in business administrations, political science, social development studies, project management or related field, a masters degree will be an added advantages
- Minimum 2 years experience of specifications related experience or international levels sa project/program officer in a donor funded program. Experience with US Government funded programs will be added advantage
- Must have 4+ of general work experience preferably with international donor funded programs
- Hands on experience in reporting analytical reports and some knowledge of procurement is desirable
