EADD II-Communications & Marketing Officer
Reporting to Senior Business Development Manager and working closely
with the Field Operations Manager and Cluster Leaders, the Program
Officer will oversee the pilot of the School Milk Feeding Project (SMFP)
and will carry out both activities of dairy marketing as well as
communications. He/she will also have to liaise with key the actors of
the SMFP which include farmers (producers & parents), processors,
District/LGA education officers and enrolled schools. S/he will oversee
coordination on allocation and distribution of milk to schools on right
time, quantities and quality. In collaboration with other actors
(processors, Education officers and school teachers) will record,
monitor/track of students’ progress, documentation of the lessons
learnt, setting periodical targets, plans and reports. The program
office, in collaboration with Business Team will provide technical
support on dairy/milk marketing by development IEC material, prepare
media programs (electronic & print) and organize educational/awareness
campaigns/events on nutritional value of milk.

For successful execution of the job duties, the Communications &
Marketing Officer should be proactive, a critical and creative thinker,
a team player and able to structure and manage complex tasks.
