Position           : SALES EXECUTIVE

Reports to       : Country Manager/ General Manager
Duty station    :  Mtwara/ Mwanza/ Shinyanga/ Arusha
Open to           : Tanzania Nationals (males only)

 Responsibilities:
  • Based at Arusha/Mtwara/Mwanza and extensive travelling in rural areas, finding out the new prospects and sell tractors, power tillers and farm implements.
  • Should capable to maintain the relationships with Bankers/Financers/ Govt. institutions/existing customers/ local mechanics and institutional customers in an assigned territory.
  • Capable to organize the field activities, conducting the customer meets in an assigned territory.
  • Should be able to report daily, weekly and monthly to the reporting superiors.

 Desired skills:
  •  Fluent in English & Swahili
  • Presentation Skill

 Eligibility:
  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture
  • Should have minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in selling the Tractors and Farm Equipment.
  • Must be self driven and able to meet the targets.
