JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Phone Calling Consultant
Reporting to: Manager
Remuneration: Number of Calls to clients (It varies with individual performance)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Calling the customers/prospects of the company


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Call customers/prospects
• Market the products/services of the companies
• Get details of clients/prospects who make order for the product/service
• Keep records of each call to client/prospect
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent customer care skills, handling call rejections, a clear and friendly telephone voice, call persuasion skills, the ability to work quickly and under pressure.


ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
any qualification

WORKING STATION:
Consultant is expected to work at his/her home and provide weekly report to the company.

PHONE CALLING FEE PER CLIENT:
Consultant will be paid specific amount per call to successful client. Successful client is a person who make an order of products/services. NB: One call takes 3 minutes.

REMUNERATION:
• Consultant will be paid per call to successful client who make order of product/service.
• Consultant will NOT be given salary or other benefits as she/he is not an employee of the company
