BIPAI (Baylor International Pediatric Aids Initiative) is a college of medicine children’s , is a non government organizations dedicated to supporting the provision of high quality comprehensive AIDS/HIV care and treatment to HIV exposed and infected children and adolescent in the lake and southern highlands zones of Tanzania through services delivery training and research, Baylor – Tanzania is a part of the Baylor international pediatric AIDS initiative clinical centers of excellent network which is headquarter at Baylor college of medicine , Huston, Texas, USA . Through collaborations with the United States College of Medicine and the government of Tanzania Ministry of health and social welfare, Baylor- Tanzania is looking for the highly motivated, well qualified individual to join its group team in the following vacant positions

POSITIONS SUMMARY
The primary purpose of the functions is to provide a supportive office administrative functions to the centre ensuring that computerized records are captured and maintained in the prescribe the manner by receiving, reviewing, and entering data into the computer system or tracking database according to the established procedures. Ensure accuracy of all data recorded and performs database maintenance functions. The positions requires extensive contact with medical and health staff
