QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Bachelor degree in banking, commerce, economics business administration’s marketing and accounting
  •  Computer literacy and applications in windows and other packages
  • Age should not be above 40 years

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receiving cash verify the amount and the geniuses of notes received in the presence of the  customer before posting
  • Balance accountancy after day work
  • Perform teller duties with speed and accuracy
  • Make payment  to customer upon request and after receiving proper documentations as the ban’s procedure

2.  BANK OPERATIONS OFFICER   UNGUJA

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT  : 3 YEARS


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  •  Degree in banking commerce, economics, business administrations, , marketing, accounting, or equivalent
  •  Computer literacy and applications in windows and other packages
  •  Age should not be above 40 years

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Checking  entries in the  in registered, completed form documents journals and ledgers relating to customer accounts,  or other accounts verifying to the effect
  • Ensure correctness in posting transactions
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor

3.       CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER   DAR ES SALAAM
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT   :  3 YEARS


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in banking commerce, economics, business administrations, , marketing, accounting, or equivalent qualifications from the  reorganizations institutions
  •  Computer literacy and applications in windows and other packages
  • Age should not be above 40 years


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend to customer enquires promptly and courteously
  • Examine customer cheques and other customers instrument presented for payment in order to ascertain their accuracy and authentic before payment authorizations
  • Open new customer accounts by following the laid down account opening procedures
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor
