Requirements
- Proven work experience as a SALES MANAGER minimum 2 years in this position.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer services
- Solid communication and interpretation
- Must have knowledge on detergents, and FMCG sector
- He must know the reliable market for baby diaper, wet wipes, and detergents.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
- Good time management.
- A university degree will be an added advantage.
- High computer literacy including knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is mandatory
- Must be able to use social network as a marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer services.
- Build productive trust relationship with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g planning marketing activities)
- Actively seek potential customers.
