Duties and responsibilities
- Support in preparing training schedules
- Supporting the management to prepare participants database
- Conducting training evaluation and filling evaluation forms
- Help the management in ensuring efficient utilization of training resources
- Maintaining the quality of training tools and equipments
- Providing trainings to BRAC staff and external stakeholders according to the agreed terms
- Develop new training modules and review the existing ones
- Linking BRAC Learning Centre with other training hubs and centers.
- Facilitating BRAC trainings, events, seminars and celebrations.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:
- Graduate/ Diploma in any related field
- Prior experience in conducting training / seminar/ workshop
- Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
