seeking for the multiple candidates for
anticipated Gender Based Violence prevention and response program. The project
is expected to commerce in October 2016.
1. TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Provide
technical leadership and oversees project
providing essential support to the country directory in managing and
supervising the entire program implementation including project staff and local
partners. Design program strategies and activities focused on BVG prevention
and responsible including awareness raising services delivery to BVG
QUALIFICATIONS
-
7 Years
experience designing planning implementing managing and evaluating gander
programming experienced working with USG funded programs familiar with Tanzania
BVG AND GENDER STRATEGIES FLUENT IN
English and Kiswahili masters degree or higher
ECONOMIC STRENGTHENING
Development
and coordinate strategy and interview
for delivering economic strengthen activities targeting women with a focus on
enhanced group saving model. train and
support local partners to establish savings groups and mobilize communicate
work with US
QUALIFICATIONS

5 Years
implementing and measurement effectiveness of community based economics
strengthen initiative for women experience developing facility economic
training programs

Including
MOA degree in agriculture, business international development etc and Kiswahili
skills required
3. MONITORING EVALUATION OFFICER
Coordinating,
monitoring evaluation and reporting activities for the duration of the program
maintaining with regular internal data verifications protocols, including,
regular data quality assurance site visits using standardize tools and
protocols
QUALIFICATIONS

4 years
of experience designing, planning, implementing, managing monitoring and
evaluation system of USG –funded health education programs experience in
quality and quantities research methods proficiency in relevant statistics
software applications
OUT –OF – SCHOOL STUDY SUPPORT AND
EMPOWERMENT
Lead in
development management and evaluation for model of our study groups for
adolescence group who have dropped at secondary school with specific focus on
pregnant girls and teenage mother facilitate and oversees implementations of
the OSSG model across multiple project
QUALIFICATIONS5
years’ experience designing, planning and implementing HIV prevention and
education programme for women and girl experience with pep far program highly
desirable
MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER
Coordinating
evaluation and reporting for the duration of the program. Maintaining regular international data
