1.Head of Balance Sheet Management
Education and Experience Required

– Bachelor’s Degree
– More than 5 years banking experience
– More than 2 years treasury experience
– MOre than 5 years experience in financial markets
– Capital management experience
– Liquidity management experience

2.Card Operations Manager
Education and Experience Required
– A bachelor degree
– Suitable candidates will have successfully undertaken a minimum of 5 years in a card/banking environment

3.IT Service Delivery Specialist
Education and Experience Required
– Advanced diploma or University degree, with preference for a Bsc., Bsc (Eng) or sc (Computers /IT)
Subject matter Expert Qualification
– ITIL v3 Certification (preferred)
– Minimum 4-6 years experience in IT exposure
– Minimum of 3 years service management experience
– knowledge of Banking /Branching Operations

4.Employee Relations Consultant
Education and Experience Required
– Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management /Industrial Relations (IR), social sciences or equivalent
– degree in Human Resources and LEGAL will be an added advantage
– Two years practical experience in Industrial Relations related function

5.Consultant Retail Automation and Agency Banking
Education and Experience Required
– Bsc or BCOM with major in IT, Finance or Marketing
– Post graduate Diploma in commercial field or MBA

6.OSHA Manager
Education and Experience Required
– DEgree relating to Health, safety and Environment
– OHS Professional Certifications
– Practical experience of implementing enterprise wide risk programs /initiatives

7.Operations Risk Officer
Education and Experience Required
– Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
-Understanding of bank approach in mamnaging operational risk
– Risk qualifcation
– Background in Trade Finance, Treasury Back Office or Branch Operations
