TEA FACTORY MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Wakulima Tea Company limited is the largest smallholder tea company in
Tanzania with over 12,000 smallholder farmers as well as its own states. The
two unit’s katumba and mwakaleli factories produce the best quality
teas in Tanzania for the either export or local sale to blending
companies
Management trainee will undergo a structured programme consistence with
their area of competence is attending during the programme
Evidence will be provided but self improvement is very much expected of
the individual reporting will be to the respective line managers
QUALIFICATIONS
Applications invited from male and female Tanzania nationals who are below 35 years of age with the following qualifications
- Good educational background preferably to degree level in engineering, food processing or related fields qualifications in other discipline may also be accepted
- Some work experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector is not mandatory but would be an added advantage
- Altitude for good communications and team work
- Self motivated with ability to work independently sometimes under pressure and to tight schedules
- Enjoying living in rural movement
REMUNERATIONS
An appropriate salary benefit will be offered to the right candidates both during the training and thereafter
