The college was established by Act of Parliament No. 31 OF 1995 it is public Higher Learning Institutions which provides teaching, research and consultancy services in the fields of accountancy, procurement, supplies management, marketing legal and industrial metrology, ict, general management, and other business related discipline

 DUTIES
  • Be responsible to the rector in respect such as matter of educations administrations and delivery
  • Deputize as rector during hid/her absence
  • Supervise academic programme of the collage
  • Advice the rector on all matters pertaining to academic management quality control and assurance
  • Recommend appropriate budget for academic operations
  • Oversees, publications, and consultancy activities at the college
  • Oversees admission and examinations rules
  • Secretary to the college academic board
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by appropriate authority
SALARY: as per treasury registrar’s circular No. 8 of 2015
