Job Title:Administrative Officer
A-Plus Cleaning Company Ltd seeks to appoint dedicated, self motivated and highly Administrative Officer
 (1 position) to join the A-Plus team. The work station Dar es Salaam

Reporting Line: Managing Director (MD)
Locations: Dar es Salaam (1)
Work Schedule: As per A-Plus Staff regulations
Salary: Commensurate to the Job Advertisement
Deadline; 20th July 2016

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters,faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly Scheduled reports 
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Submit and reconcile expenses reports


REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office


EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Education and experience
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or related field
