The Roads Fund Board is Government Institution under
the Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication established by the Roads and Fuel Tolls Act, CAP 220 of 2006. The Board invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancies.

1.  OFFICE MANAGEMENT SECRETARY – (1 Post (Dodoma) 

Qualification and Experience 

Holder of National Form IVNI secondary certificate with a Diploma in Secretarial Duties and office procedure plus 100/120 w.p.m. Shorthand in English or Kiswahili and 50 w.p.m typing, tabulation and manuscript, secretarial duties and office procedure. He/she should have completed Advanced Computer course from a recognised institution and attended Office Management Course at Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC)coupled with at least six years working experience in a reputable organization.

Duties and Responsibilities 

To type all open and confidential documents; To receive official visitors and take them to their hosts; To keep records of events, appointments, visitors, journeys of Executives and other schedule of duties; To prepare minutes for meetings; To prepare list of stationaries and office equipment requirements; To train junior staff of his/her cadre on job related issues and proper use of machines; To arrange maintenance of office equipment; To write notification letter of schedule of duties; To monitor movement of files; Perform any other related duties as may assigned

3.  Personal Attributes He/she should be able to work diligently after office hours, promote team work, comprehend and communicate, effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high pressure environment.

4. Remuneration Attractive salary and fringe benefits will be paid depending on qualifications and experience.
