Software Sales Consultant

=> Develop/ execute sales strategy

and plan for both short and long range for the region/ territory assigned.

=> Establish sales objectives and ensure achievement of defined sales targets, growth in profits.

=> Identify and generate business from new accounts.

=>Reviewing sales plan / =>pipeline with Management to ensure target achievement, identify various deals, build internal consensus and prioritize opportunities.

=> Responsible for end to end sales cycle prospecting to contract closure.

=> Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships.

=> Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team.

=> Provide team representation and set proper client expectations.

=> Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.

=> Achieving a Top line Year on Year growth target while aligning with gross margin.

=> Knowledge of selling concept, principals & guidelines esp. deal closure, handling objections etc.

=> Consultative sales experience, solution sales experience.

=> Should have direct selling exposure and experience to handle large key accounts.

=> Good English communication skills and competence in presenting results.

=> Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

=> Must be competent in Microsoft Office Applications.

=> Any accounting software sales experience and or ERP working knowledge will be a big plus.
