Responding to customer calls and giving them solutions timely
Ensure that any correspondence received is dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner
Make a good record for different types of customer needs/complaints
Communicate any problems or issues related with customer satisfaction to upper management or other departments
Ensure that the counter table is always clean and tidy
Ensure that all equipment and devices in the call center are in good working order
Prepare reports for upper management
Be customer satisfaction centered
Any other tasks assigned by the upper management
